Shipping, Payment Details and Return Policy.

Shipping:
Shipping will be determined based on your order and ship-to address. Any and/or all shipping costs and any and/or all applicable taxes, duties etc. and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Domestic Canadian orders our preferred shipment method is Fedex or UPS ground. U.S.A. and International orders our preferred shipment carrier is Federal Express. Packaging is recycled packaging, whenever possible this helps control costs. We buy boxes from overstock from other companies and also re-use boxes from orders we receive. Don't be surprised if your box will look casual. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept paypal for payment.

Returns and Guarantee:
15 day money back guarantee on any item returned in it's original packaging in "new" condition. If packages are returned to us for any reason except for mistakes on our part or with out express consent, you will be charged for both inbound and outbound shipping. You are responsible for orginal shipping on returned for refund orders. Except for when we have made an error, you are responsible for return shipping for exchange. If we make a mistake on an order we will pay for return shipping. No re-stock charge for items returned for product exchange. 15% re-stock charge on items returned for refund except when we have made an error. Refused items except with our express written authorization are subject to 15% re-stock charge.

To return an item for any reason; you must contact us by e-mail for a return authorization. We will issue a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return the item with the original packing slip and return authorization number which we will supply to you with. We can not guarantee that we can credit you the purchasing price if you do not receive a return authorization number. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.
